Terms & Cancellation

These terms govern the private transfer service provided by 2Transfer Solutions S.L., operating under the trade name Taxi Novo Sancti Petri, through the website taxinovosanctipetri.com.

The price shown for each booking is fixed per vehicle (not per person) and covers the requested route. Payment is made online by card through the secure Stripe gateway at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email/SMS with the trip details.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the contracted pick-up time, by writing to our contact email or via the channel indicated in your confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a charge, as indicated at the time of booking.

For airport pick-ups, we track your flight: if it is delayed, the driver waits for you at the terminal at no extra cost. The pick-up time is automatically adjusted to the actual landing time.

In the event of incidents (force majeure, extreme weather, road closures) we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a refund of the amount paid.
